Silvi is an Italian comune in the province of Teramo, about 15 kilometres north of Pescara, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. It stretches from Silvi Marina, a small seaside resort on the Adriatic Coast, to Silvi Paese up in the hills. Silvi is situated 5 km northwest of Montesilvano.

Spoltore is a comune and town in the province of Pescara in the Abruzzo region of Italy, with a population of c. 17,000. In 1928, Spoltore was annexed into Pescara, but separated from it again on 1 September 1947. Spoltore is situated 7 km south of Montesilvano.
