Qaa, El Qaa, Al Qaa, Qaa Baalbek or Masharih al-Qaa is a town in Baalbek-Hermel Governorate, Lebanon. A 2010 report stated that population of the settlement was 500, all Lebanese Maronite Christians. Qaa is situated 7 km south of Khirbet el Toua.

Zira'a is a village in central Syria, administratively part of the Homs Governorate, located southwest of Homs. Situated on a hill just east of the Orontes River, nearby localities include Rableh to the immediate southwest, al-Qusayr to the north, Jandar to the northeast and Hisyah to the southeast.
