Venezia Santa Lucia is the central station of Venice in the north-east of Italy. It is a terminus and located at the northern edge of Venice's historic city. Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station is situated 140 metres northwest of Hotel Carlton & Grand Canal.

San Simeone Piccolo is a church in the sestiere of Santa Croce in Venice, northern Italy. From across the Grand Canal it faces the railroad terminal serving as entrypoint for most visitors to the city.

Ponte degli Scalzi

The Ponte degli Scalzi, is one of only four bridges in Venice to span the Grand Canal. The bridge connects the sestieri of Santa Croce and Cannaregio. On the north side, Cannaregio, are the Chiesa degli Scalzi and the Santa Lucia railway station. Ponte degli Scalzi is situated 130 metres north of Hotel Carlton & Grand Canal.

Santa Croce is one of the six sestieri of Venice, occupying the northwest part of the main islands. The district includes the Piazzale Roma, home to Venice's bus station and car parks, and around which is the only area of the city in which cars can travel.
