The Christopher Columbus Theater (Spanish: , or Columbus Theater, is 's National Theatre, located in . It was built in the Neoclassical style by the architect Pietro Cantini on October 5, 1885 and inaugurated on October 27, 1892. on the occasion of the fourth centenary of Columbus' first landing in the Americas with a performance of Verdi's Ernani.
