Dung Gate

The Dung Gate, also known as Bab al-Maghariba, Mughrabi Gate, Moroccan Gate or Silwan Gate, is one of the Gates of the Old City of Jerusalem. It was built as a small postern gate in the 16th century by the Ottomans, first widened for vehicular traffic in 1952 by the and again in 1985 by the authorities.
