Horton Plains National Park is in central Sri Lanka. It is a forested highland plateau area with the most extensive area of cloud forest in Sri Lanka. Horton Plains is one of a group of three highland parks listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as Central Highlands of Sri Lanka; the others are the Knuckles Mountain Range and the Peak Wilderness Protected Area.

Baker's Falls is a famous waterfall in Horton Plains National Park in the Nuwara Eliya District of Sri Lanka. Approximately 20 metres high, the waterfall is formed by the Belihul Oya, a major tributary of the Walawe River.

Gonmollikanda is regarded as the 13th highest mountain in Sri Lanka situated at 2,034 m above mean sea level. The mountain got its name from the native language of Sri Lanka, Sinhala as the peak of the mountain has a shape of hump of a bull. Gonmollikanda is situated 3½ km south of Red Bridge.
