The Museum of Scottish Railways is a railway museum operated by the Scottish Railway Preservation Society. It is based on the SRPS's large collection of railway artefacts from across Scotland. Museum of Scottish Railways is situated 380 feet northeast of Bo’ness railway station.

The Hippodrome Cinema in Bo'ness is an early example of a purpose-built cinema and thought to be the oldest such building surviving in Scotland. The cinema, which opened in 1912, was built for the Bo'ness cinematography pioneer Louis Dickson and designed by renowned local architect Matthew Steele. Hippodrome Cinema is situated 1,600 feet west of Bo’ness railway station.
