Kafr Dariyan is a village in Syria, administratively part of Idlib Governorate. It is situated on the northern slopes of the Harim Mountains. Nearby localities include Sarmada to the east, Killi to the south, Qurqania to the southwest and Barisha to the west. Kafr Deryan is situated 4½ km south of Dār Kuwaytā.

Sarmada is a town in the Harem District, Idlib Governorate of Syria. It is in the extreme northwest of Syria near the border with Turkey. A church was consecrated in Sarmada by Patriarch Elias of Antioch in 722 CE. Sarmada is situated 5 km southeast of Dār Kuwaytā.
