Bab al-Saghir is one of the seven gates in the Old City of Damascus, Syria. It has qubūr on either side of the road, and is located in the Dimashq Neighborhood, southwest of the Umayyad Mosque.

Al-Azm Palace is a palace in Damascus, Syria, built in 1749. Located north of Al-Buzuriyah Souq in the Ancient City of Damascus, the palace was built in 1749 to be the private residence for As'ad Pasha al-Azm, the governor of Damascus; during the French Mandate for Syria and the Lebanon, it housed the French Institute. A’zm Palace is situated 450 metres north of Muşallá az Zāwiyah aş Şamādīyah.
