Village
Harfa is a Syrian village in the Qatana District of the Rif Dimashq Governorate. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Harfa had a population of 2,362 at the 2004 census. Its inhabitants are predominantly from the Druze community. Harfa is situated 8 km northeast of Şīr ‘Ayn al Farāfīr.

Buq'ata covers an area of 7,000 dunams between two mountains in the Golan Heights, Mount Hermonit and Mount Varda. Buq’ata is situated 9 km west of Şīr ‘Ayn al Farāfīr.
