Ein Zivan is an Israeli settlement organized as a kibbutz in the northern Golan Heights, under the jurisdiction of the Golan Regional Council. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the Golan Heights illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this. Ein Zivan is situated 3 km west of Tel ‘Ein Zīwān.
