Al-Qabu

Al-Qabu was a Palestinian Arab village in the Jerusalem Subdistrict. The name is an Arabic variation of the site's original Roman name, and the ruins of a church there are thought to date to the era of Byzantine or Crusader rule over Palestine. Al-Qabu is situated 780 metres east of H̱orbat Tasit.

Yad Kennedy

Yad Kennedy, located in the Mateh Yehuda Region near Jerusalem, is a memorial to John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, who was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, in 1963. Yad Kennedy is situated 3 km northeast of H̱orbat Tasit.

Betar was an ancient Jewish town in the Judaean Mountains, continuously inhabited since the Iron Age and up until the 2nd century CE. It is most famously known as the final stronghold of the Bar Kokhba revolt. Beitar is situated 2½ km east of H̱orbat Tasit.

Mevo Beitar is a moshav shitufi in central Israel. Located ten kilometres south-west of Jerusalem in the Jerusalem corridor, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2023 it had a population of 1,125.
