It is the home ground of Ross County, who currently play in the Scottish Championship. Victoria Park is situated 1½ miles northeast of Maryburgh.

Conon Bridge is a village in the Highland region of Scotland. The current Gaelic name is likely a neologism: the bridge was not built until the early 19th century and some early gravestones show the name sgudal or scuddle.

Dingwall is a town in Easter Ross in the Scottish Highlands, with a population in 2020 of 5360. Its name derives from the Scandinavian Þingvöllr, a meeting-place, and it was once astride several transport routes.
