Conon Bridge is a railway station on the Far North and Kyle of Lochalsh Lines, which serves the villages of Conon Bridge and Maryburgh in the Scottish Highlands.

Brahan Castle

Brahan Castle was situated 3.5 miles south-west of Dingwall, in Easter Ross, Highland Scotland. The castle belonged to the Earls of Seaforth, chiefs of the Clan Mackenzie, who dominated the area. Brahan Castle is situated 2½ miles west of Conon Brae.

Conon Bridge is a village in the Highland region of Scotland. The current Gaelic name is likely a neologism: the bridge was not built until the early 19th century and some early gravestones show the name sgudal or scuddle.

Maryburgh

Maryburgh is a village in the Highland council area of Scotland, 2 miles south of Dingwall. It is situated on the northern bank of the River Conon. The village of Conon Bridge is on the other side of the river.

Dingwall

Dingwall is a town in Easter Ross in the Scottish Highlands, with a population in 2020 of 5360. Its name derives from the Scandinavian Þingvöllr, a meeting-place, and it was once astride several transport routes.
