Calf of Man East Top is a hill in Rushen, Isle of Man and has an elevation of 110 metres. Calf of Man East Top is situated nearby to the hamlet Cregneash, as well as near the locality Towlfoggy.

Calf of Man is an island off the southwest tip of the Isle of Man. It measures about one mile by one mile and is a wildlife reserve owned by Manx National Heritage. It has no permanent residents but in summer has a couple of bird wardens.

Kitterland is an islet in the Calf Sound between the Isle of Man and the Calf of Man in the Irish Sea. Kitterland is currently owned by the Manx National Trust and has a wealth of bird and marine wildlife.

Cregneash or Cregneish is a small village and tourist destination in the extreme south-west of the Isle of Man, about 1 mi from Port Erin. Most of the village is now part of a living museum run by Manx National Heritage. Cregneash is situated 3 km northeast of Calf of Man East Top.
