Glasgow Airport, also known as Glasgow International Airport, and formerly Abbotsinch Airport, is an international airport located in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland, 8.6 nautical miles west of Glasgow city centre. Glasgow Airport is situated 1½ miles southeast of West Freeland.

Park Mains High School

Park Mains High School is a secondary school in Erskine, Renfrewshire. It is one of the biggest schools in Scotland. As well as taking in students from the town it also enrolls them from the surrounding areas of Bishopton, Inchinnan, and Langbank.

Titan Clydebank

Titan Clydebank, more commonly known as the Titan Crane is a 161-foot-high cantilever crane at Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. It was designed to be used in the lifting of heavy equipment, such as engines and boilers, during the fitting-out of battleships and ocean liners at the John Brown & Company shipyard. Titan Clydebank is situated 2 miles east of West Freeland.

Inchinnan is a small village in Renfrewshire, Scotland. The village is located on the main A8 road between Renfrew and Greenock, just south east of the town of Erskine.

Erskine is a town in the council area of Renfrewshire, and historic county of the same name, situated in the West Central Lowlands of Scotland. It lies on the southern bank of the River Clyde, providing the lowest crossing to the north bank of the river at the Erskine Bridge, connecting the town to Old Kilpatrick in West Dunbartonshire.

Dalmuir is an area nine miles northwest of Glasgow, Scotland, on the western side of Clydebank, and part of West Dunbartonshire Council Area. The name is a lowland Scots derivation of the Gaelic meaning Big Field. Dalmuir is situated 1½ miles northeast of West Freeland.
