Dùn a Ghallain is an island in Western Isles, Scotland. Dùn a Ghallain is situated nearby to the hamlet Scolpaig, as well as near the locality Balelone.

Vallay

Vallay is an uninhabited tidal island in the Scottish Outer Hebrides. It can be reached from North Uist by a long beach at low tide. Once the island supported a population of nearly sixty people. Vallay is situated 2 miles east of Dùn a Ghallain.

Oronsay is a tidal island off North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Lying to the north of Vallaquie Strand, the island has been uninhabited since the Highland Clearances. Oronsay is situated 1½ miles northeast of Dùn a Ghallain.

Scolpaig Tower is a Georgian folly located near the village of Scolpaig on the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. The name probably derives from the Old Norse scolpvik, or 'Scolp Bay'.
