Tuguegarao

Tuguegarao is the only city in Cagayan province, and is the transportation hub for the region. It is the regional center of Cagayan Valley, with a reputation for hot weather.

Ilagan is the capital city of Isabela. It is one of the largest cities in the Philippines, but it has a small town feel, and has a vibrant tourism scene. It is along the main highway to Tuguegarao.
Santiago City

Santiago, officially the City of Santiago, is an independent component city in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 150,313 people.
