Krasnodar is the capital of Krasnodar Krai in southern Russia, with a popolulation in 2018 of just under 900,000. Its main industries are based on agriculture and food.Maykop

Maykop is the capital city of Adygea, Russia, located on the right bank of the Belaya River. It borders Maykopsky District, from which it is administratively and municipally independent, to the east and south; Giaginsky District to the north, and Belorechensky District of Krasnodar Krai to the west.

Gelendzhik

Gelendzhik is a resort town in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, located on the Gelendzhik Bay of the Black Sea, between Novorossiysk and Tuapse. Greater Gelendzhik sprawls for 102 kilometers along the coastline and covers an area of 122,754 hectares, although only 1,926 hectares fall within the boundaries of Gelendzhik proper.
Krasnaya Polyana

Krasnaya Polyana is one of the most expensive and popular winter ski resorts in Russia. Located 40 km away from the Black Sea coast and from the city of Sochi, it is, nevertheless, included in the Adler District of Sochi.

Caucasus Nature Reserve

Caucasus Nature Reserve is a Russian zapovednik covering a heavily mountainous section of the Northwest Caucasus Mountains. It is the largest and oldest in the territory of specially protected natural area in the Caucasus, having been created in 1924 as the Caucasian Bison Reserve.
