Le Chantonnet

Le Chantonnet is a peak in Courmayeur, Valle d’Aosta, Aosta Valley and has an elevation of 2,576 metres. Le Chantonnet is situated nearby to the hamlet Pré de Bar Desot, as well as near the locality Pré de Bar Damon.

Col Ferret

The Col Ferret is an Alpine pass between the canton of Valais and the Aosta Valley. It is crossed by the route of the Tour du Mont Blanc. Close to it stands the Petit Col Ferret, at an elevation of 2,490 metres, which separates the Mont Blanc Massif from the Pennine Alps.

Mont Dolent is a mountain in the Mont Blanc massif and lies on the border between Italy, Switzerland and France. As a mountain, Mont Dolent is regarded as the tripoint between Italy, Switzerland and France, although the tripoint itself lies at 3,749 metres, less than 100 metres north-west of its summit.

La Fouly is a village in Val Ferret in the Swiss canton of Valais. At an altitude of 1,600 metres, it is part of the municipality of Orsières. It sits at the foot of Mont Dolent and the Tour Noir in the Mont Blanc massif.
