This mountain, which has no formal name, is located on the Canada–US border between boundary markers 445 and 446. It is the highest point on the border east of the Rocky Mountains.

Mount Gosford is a mountain located in southern Quebec, Canada, at the border with Maine. It lies entirely in Saint-Augustin-de-Woburn in Estrie and is part of the White Mountains of the Appalachians. Mont Gosford is situated 2 miles northwest of Monument 444.
