The Venetian Ghetto was the area of Venice in which Jews were forced to live by the government of the Venetian Republic. The English word ghetto is derived from the Jewish ghetto in Venice. Venetian Ghetto is situated 230 metres northeast of Palazzo Manfrin.

San Geremia is a church in Venice, northern Italy, located in the sestiere of Cannaregio. The apse of the church faces the Grand Canal, between the Palazzo Labia and the Palazzo Flangini. San Geremia is situated 130 metres south of Palazzo Manfrin.

The Spanish Synagogue is an Orthodox Jewish congregation and synagogue, that is located in the Jewish Ghetto of Venice, Italy. Designed by Baldassare Longhena in the Baroque style, the synagogue was completed in 1580, and it is one of five synagogues that were established in the ghetto. Spanish Synagogue is situated 100 metres northeast of Palazzo Manfrin.
