Inchmurrin is an island in Loch Lomond in Scotland. It is the largest fresh water island in the British Isles.

Balloch Castle is an early 19th-century country house situated at the southern tip of Loch Lomond, in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Balloch was a property of the Lennox family from the 11th century, and the old castle was built in the 13th century.

Balloch railway station is a railway station serving the town of Balloch in Scotland. The station is a western terminus of the North Clyde Line, sited 20 miles 38 chains northwest of Glasgow Queen Street, measured via Singer and Maryhill.

Balloch is a town on Clydeside in central Scotland, on the southern shore of Loch Lomond. It expanded from 1850 when the railway arrived, bringing trippers from Glasgow to the pier, whence boats and charabancs conveyed them around the loch.

Helensburgh

Helensburgh is a town in Argyll and Bute, on the north bank of the River Clyde 30 miles west of Glasgow, at the opening of Gare Loch. It developed from the 19th century once ferries and the railway connected it to Glasgow: wealthy business people built their villas here, and made sure to keep heavy industry away from their bosky avenues.

Dumbarton is a town in Clydeside in the Central Belt of Scotland, with a population of 17,000 in 2022. It stands on the north shore of the Clyde at the outflow of the River Leven, which drains Loch Lomond.
