Harrawi was a Palestinian Arab village in the Safad Subdistrict. It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War on May 25, 1948, by the Palmach's First Battalion of Operation Yiftach.

ʿAin Mallaha or Eynan was an Epipalaeolithic settlement belonging to the Natufian culture, occupied circa 14,326–12,180 cal. BP. The settlement is an example of hunter-gatherer sedentism, a crucial step in the transition from foraging to farming. Ein Mallaha is situated 1½ km east of Qeren Naftai Lookout.
