The Victory Monument in Netanya is a memorial marking the Red Army's victory over Nazi Germany in World War II. The monument was erected by a decision of the Government of Israel with the consent of the Russian government. WWII Victory Memorial is situated 260 metres northwest of Ben Gurion Blvd/Simha Erlich.

Netanya, or Natanya, is a city in the Central District of Israel, and is the capital of the surrounding Sharon plain. It is 30 kilometres north of Tel Aviv, and 56 km south of Haifa, between the Poleg stream and the Wingate Institute in the south and the Avihayil stream in the north.
