Palazzo Verde

Palazzo Verde is a museum, which is situated 140 metres north of Varco delle Grazie.

The Torre Embriaci, also called Torre degli Embriaci, located in the oldest area of Genoa, where the Castello o Castrum stood. It is the only one of the numerous towers that were located in the current historic center of Genoa to have been spared by the edict of 1196 which wanted to cut all the city towers to 80 palms. Embriaci Tower is situated 200 metres east of Varco delle Grazie.

The Aquarium of Genoa is the largest aquarium in Italy and one of the most significant in Europe. It is located in the Old Harbour area of Genoa, Liguria, and was designed by the architect Renzo Piano as part of the urban redevelopment project created for the Expo 1992, celebrating the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s voyage to the Americas. Aquarium of Genoa is situated 500 metres north of Varco delle Grazie.
