Mariamite Cathedral of Damascus

The Mariamite Cathedral of Damascus, also known as the Maryamiyya Church, is one of the oldest Greek Orthodox churches in Damascus, Syria and holds the seat of the Greek Orthodox Church of Antioch. The church complex is located on the Street Called Straight. Mariamite Cathedral of Damascus is situated 110 metres northeast of Roman Gate.

Maktab Anbar is a house in the center of Old Damascus, Syria. The house was built as a private residence by a local Jewish notable Mr. Anbar in the mid 19th century and was later confiscated by the Ottoman government after Mr. Maktab Anbar is situated 180 metres northwest of Roman Gate.
