Sioni Cathedral of the Dormition

The Sioni Cathedral of the Dormition is a Georgian Orthodox cathedral located in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Following a medieval Georgian tradition of naming churches after specific places in the Holy Land, the Sioni Cathedral bears the name of Mount Zion at Jerusalem. Sioni Cathedral of the Dormition is situated 100 metres north of Sioni Street.

The Great Synagogue, also known as the Georgian Synagogue, is a synagogue, located at 45-47 Kote Afkhazi Street in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Built between 1904 and 1911, it is the largest synagogue in the country and serves as the central house of worship for the city’s Jewish community.

Kartvlis Deda is a monument in Georgia's capital Tbilisi. The statue was erected on the top of Sololaki hill in 1958, the year Tbilisi celebrated its 1500th anniversary. Mother of Kartli is situated 350 metres southwest of Sioni Street.
