Isle of Lismore

Lismore is an island ten miles north of Oban in the sea inlet of Loch Linnhe. It's one of the Inner Hebrides islands, but little developed for tourism, and overlooked by visitors who sail by on the ferries.

Dunbeg, formerly known as Dunstaffnage, is a village about 2+1⁄2 miles outside of Oban, Scotland. It has a population of just under 1,000. It is home to the Scottish Association for Marine Science, one of the primary marine science centres in the UK.
