Brno

Brno is the major city of Moravia. It is the largest city in Moravia and the second-largest city in the Czech Republic by population and area. It was founded around the year 1000; and since the 14th century, the city served as the capital of Moravia.
Zlín

Zlín is a city in the South Moravia region of the Czech Republic. Bata shoe company started and developed here before the World War II. The city is most well known for its interesting functionalistic architecture.

Kroměříž is a town in South Moravia, Czech Republic. Kroměříž stands on the site of an earlier ford across the River Morava, at the foot of the Chriby mountain range which dominates the central part of Moravia.

Břeclav is a town in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 25,000 inhabitants. Located at the Czech-Austrian state border and near the Czech–Slovak state border, it is an important railway hub.
Mikulov

Mikulov is a town of 7,700 people in South Moravia on the Brünner Straße near the border with Austria. It is particularly worth seeing because of the listed, well-preserved city centre and the castle.
Uherské Hradiště

Uherské Hradiště is a town in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic, 23 km southwest of Zlín on the Morava River. The town itself has a population of around 25,000.
