Badulla

Udawalawe is a national park which lies on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces in Sri Lanka. It is famous for its large wild elephant population, making an excellent destination for safari-style tours.
Kataragama

Kataragama is a pilgrimage town sacred to Buddhist, Hindu and indigenous Vedda people of Sri Lanka. People from South India also go there to worship. The town has the Kataragama temple, a shrine dedicated to Skanda Kumara also known as Kataragama deviyo.

Haputale is a city in Uva, in the central mountain area of Sri Lanka. It is known for its many Tea estates around, where one can walk virtually for several weeks without ever taking the same path twice.

Bandarawela is the second largest town in the Badulla District which is 28 km away from Badulla. Bandarawela is 200 km away from Colombo and about 125 km away from Kandy, the two largest cities of Sri Lanka.
