Buchanan Castle is a ruined castle in Stirlingshire, Scotland, located 1 mile west of the village of Drymen. The house was commissioned by the 4th Duke of Montrose and built in 1852–1858 as a home for the Montrose family, serving as such until 1925.

From the 14th century the estate, known as The Ross, was owned by a branch of the Buchanan family of Buchanan Castle, who built a house here in 1695. Ross Priory is situated 2½ miles west of Kilmaronock Church.
