Maes y Dre Recreation Ground is a multi-use stadium in Welshpool, Powys, Wales. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Welshpool Town F.C. It is also used for some cricket matches. The stadium has a capacity of 3,000. Maes y Dre Recreation Ground is situated 400 feet north of Waterloo Rovers FC.

Welshpool railway station serves the town of Welshpool, in Powys, mid-Wales. It is a stop on the Cambrian Line between Shrewsbury and Machynlleth. The station was first opened in August 1860, but was resited a short distance away in May 1992 to allow for track realignment on the same day that the original closed. Welshpool railway station is situated 2,000 feet northeast of Waterloo Rovers FC.
