The Aquarium of Rhodes, also known as the Hydrobiological Station of Rhodes, is a research centre, aquarium and museum in Rhodes, Greece. The Colossus of Rhodes was a statue of the Greek sun god Helios, erected in the city of Rhodes, on the Greek island of the same name, by Chares of Lindos in 280 BC. Colossus of Rhodes is situated 1 km southeast of Aquarium of Rhodes.
