Txurdinaga is a station on Line 3 of the Bilbao Metro and Euskotren Trena commuter and regional rail services. The station is located in the neighborhood of Txurdinaga, part of the Otxarkoaga-Txurdinaga district of Bilbao. It opened on 8 April 2017. Txurdinaga station is situated 130 metres northwest of Eroski.

The Basilica of Begoña is a basilica in Bilbao, in Spain, dedicated to the patroness saint of Biscay, the image of Our Lady of Begoña. The current parish priest is Jesús Francisco de Garitaonandia. Basilica of Begoña is situated 700 metres west of Eroski.

Begoña is a historical municipality of Biscay and is a neighbourhood and urban district of Bilbao. Begoña, or more puristically but also more rarely spelled Begoina, means 'the lower foot', referring to the slopes of Mount Artxanda which lie to the north of the city.
