Ruskin Monument

The Ruskin Monument is a memorial to John Ruskin located on the edge of Derwentwater in the English Lakes at Friars' Crag, Keswick, Cumbria. It was erected on 6 October 1900, shortly after his death, largely through the efforts of Hardwicke Rawnsley. Ruskin Monument is situated 2,400 feet east of One Tree Island.

It opened in 1999, replacing the mobile Century Theatre, and was made possible by an Arts Council Lottery Fund Grant. Theatre by the Lake is situated 3,000 feet northeast of One Tree Island.
