Saint Petersburg Mosque

The Saint Petersburg Mosque, when opened in 1913, was the largest mosque in Europe outside Turkey. The mosque is situated in downtown St Petersburg. Its two minarets are 49 meters high and the dome is 39 meters high. Saint Petersburg Mosque is situated 100 metres northwest of State Museum of Political History of Russia.

The cabin of Peter the Great is a small wooden house which was the first St Petersburg "palace" of Tsar Peter the Great. The log cabin was constructed in three days in May 1703, by soldiers of the Semyonovskiy Regiment. Cabin of Peter the Great is situated 340 metres southeast of State Museum of Political History of Russia.
