Lightship

A lightvessel, or lightship, is a ship that acts as a lighthouse in areas deemed unsuitable for proper lighthouse construction. Although some records exist of fire beacons being placed on ships in Roman times, the first modern lightship was invented by Robert Hamblin in 1734 and was located off the Nore sandbank at the mouth of the River Thames in London, England. Lightship is situated 2½ km southeast of ATPC.

The Cathedral of Our Lady is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Antwerp, Belgium. Today's seat of the Diocese of Antwerp started in 1352 and, although the first stage of construction was ended in 1521, has never been fully completed. Cathedral of Our Lady is situated 4 km southeast of ATPC.

The City Hall of Antwerp, Belgium, stands on the western side of that city's Grote Markt. Erected between 1561 and 1565, after designs made by Cornelis Floris de Vriendt and several other architects and artists, this Renaissance building incorporates both Flemish and Italian influences. Antwerp City Hall is situated 4 km southeast of ATPC.

Wilmarsdonk was a village in Belgium, north of Antwerp, which has disappeared under the Port of Antwerp expansion. The village was first mentioned in 1155 and merged into the city of Antwerp in 1927. Wilmarsdonk is situated 2½ km north of ATPC.
