The Chesed-El Synagogue is a Jewish congregation and synagogue, located at Oxley Rise, in River Valley, within the Central Area of Singapore. The synagogue was constructed in 1905 and in 1998 it was designated as a national monument of Singapore. Chesed-El Synagogue is situated 220 metres northeast of Oxley Residence.

Located within the country's Civic District at the Downtown Core area, it is the oldest museum in the country, with its history dating back to when it was first established in 1849, starting out as a section of a library at the Singapore Institution as the Raffles Library and Museum. National Museum of Singapore is situated 1 km east of Oxley Residence.
