Montfort is a ruined Crusader castle in the Upper Galilee region in northern Israel, about 22 miles northeast of the city of Haifa and 10 miles south of the border with Lebanon.
Keshet Cave

The Keshet Cave is a natural arch on a ridge by the northern bank of Betzet Stream, Upper Galilee, Israel. The cave is located near Adamit Park in the Betzet Stream Nature Reserve, close to the border with Lebanon. Keshet Cave is situated 2½ km northwest of Ayalon.
