The Great Mosque of Hama, is a mosque in Hama, Syria. It is located approximately 400 metres west of the citadel. Built in the 8th century CE, it was largely destroyed in the 1982 Hama massacre and subsequently rebuilt. Great Mosque is situated 1¼ km northeast of جامع أبي عبيدة بن الجراح.
