The Vorab is a double summit mountain of the Glarus Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Glarus and Grisons, Switzerland. The summit is also named Bündner Vorab to distinguish it from a lower summit named Glarner Vorab.

Panix Pass or Panixer Pass is a Swiss Alpine pass between the cantons of Glarus and Graubünden. The pass was once an important trade route between the canton of Glarus and Italy. Panix Pass is situated 3½ km southwest of Lochhüttli.

The Vorab Glacier is a 2 km long glacier situated in the Glarus Alps in the cantons of Glarus and Graubünden. It lies on the east side of the Vorab, between 2,600 and 3,000 metres above sea level. Vorab Glacier is situated 3 km east of Lochhüttli.

Elm lies in the valley of the Sernf river, and consists of the village of Elm itself, and the hamlets of Sulzbach, Schwändi, Müsli, Untertal, Vogelsang, Töniberg, Obmoos, Steinibach and Wald. Elm is situated 5 km northeast of Lochhüttli.
