Hod HaSharon is a city in the Central District of Israel. The city is located approximately ten kilometres east of the Mediterranean coastline, south of Kfar Saba, southeast of Ra'anana, and northeast of Ramat HaSharon.Places of Interest

The Drom HaSharon Regional Council is a regional council located partly in the Sharon region and partly in the Central Coastal Plain region of the Central District of Israel. The council's headquarters are located on Highway 40 near Neve Yarak.

Hod Hasharon–Sokolov railway station is a passenger railway station located at the town boundary of Hod HaSharon and Kfar Saba, Israel. Until July 2018 it was the northern terminus of the suburban line to Beersheba via Tel Aviv.
