Le Destroit is a ruined medieval fortified road station, built by the Templars of the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem in the early 12th century CE, located on the Mediterranean shore near a site where they later built the Chateau Pelerin castle, today close to the modern town of Atlit, Israel. Le Destroit is situated 480 metres east of Fortress Beach.

Château Pèlerin, also known as Atlit and Magdiel, is a Crusader fortress and fortified town located about 2 kilometres north of the modern Israeli town of Atlit on the northern coast of Israel, about 13 kilometres south of Haifa. Pelegrin Fortress is situated 720 metres west of Fortress Beach.

Atlit Yam is a submerged Pre Pottery Neolithic C archaeological site located 300–400 meters off the coast of Atlit, Israel. Dating from the late 7th to the early 6th millennia BCE, Atlit Yam provides the earliest known evidence for a community relying on pastoralism, agriculture, and fishing as subsistence systems on the Levantine coast. Atlit Yam is situated 740 metres northwest of Fortress Beach.
