Qura al-Sham is a Syrian village in the Qudsaya District of the Rif Dimashq Governorate. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Qura al-Sham had a population of 1,067 in the 2004 census. Until 2024, the village was known as Qura al-Assad. Qura al-Sham is situated 4 km northwest of Khirbat as Saj‘.

Qudsaya is a Syrian city in Rif Dimashq Governorate and the administrative centre of Qudsaya District. The city is located on the western slope of Mount Qasioun, 7 km west of Damascus. Qudsaiya is situated 4½ km east of Khirbat as Saj‘.
