Great Mosque of Aleppo

The Great Mosque of Aleppo, also known as the Great Umayyad Mosque of Aleppo, was the largest and one of the oldest mosques in the city of Aleppo, Syria, first built during the Umayyad Caliphate. Great Mosque of Aleppo is situated 1 km southeast of Qaşr al Baladī.

Saadallah al-Jabiri Square is the central town square at the heart of the Syrian city of Aleppo. It is the most important square in the city, experiencing most of the celebrations and festivals in Aleppo. Saadallah al-Jabiri Square is situated 430 metres north of Qaşr al Baladī.

Baron Hotel

Baron Hotel, is the oldest hotel that currently operates in Syria. It is located on Baron street in down-town Aleppo's Aziziyeh district. The Baron has sustained some civil war-related minor damage but is still standing. Baron Hotel is situated 360 metres northeast of Qaşr al Baladī.
