Giv'at Ha'Em is a hill named for American Zionist leader Henrietta Szold, known as the mother of Youth Aliya. The hill lies in the Galilee Panhandle in northern Israel, 196 m above sea level, 1 km east of the Route 918 and 2 km north of Kfar Szold. Givat HaEm is situated 4 km north of Tel Anafa.

The Banias and Hasbani Rivers converge on the grounds of the kibbutz. Sde Nehemia is situated 2½ km northwest of Tel Anafa.
