Tfail or Al-Tufayl is a village in eastern Baalbek District, Baalbek-Hermel Governorate, Lebanon. It is one of the highest villages in Lebanon. In 2014 the village's population was about 2,000 predominantly Sunni residents. Tfail is situated 9 km east of Tall al Washal.
