Como is a city at the southern end of Lake Como in Lombardy, Northwest Italy. It has a population of 84,000. The border with Switzerland is at the northwestern end of the city.

Torno, is a town in Lombardy, on the Italian-Swiss border. It sits at the southern end of Lake Como.Torno with its 1250 inhabitants slopes gently down along its headland that juts into the Lake of Como, some 7 kilometers from Como along the provincial road leading to Bellagio.

Rota d'Imagna is a comune in the province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 50 km northeast of Milan and about 20 km northwest of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 857 and an area of 6.0 km2.

Tremezzo

Tremezzo is a village on Lake Como in Italy. It is on the western shore of the lake, just inside in the southwestern arm of the lake. Since May 2014 it has been part of the new municipality of Tremezzina, which also incorporates Lenno, Mezzegra and Ossuccio.

Castello di Vezio is a castle located nearby Varenna and Perledo, northern Italy. Characterized in the main tower by square merlons, similar to Cly Castle in Aosta Valley, it commands the Lake Como.

It includes a botanical garden, a museum, and a convention center, contains precious architecture, period furniture, works of art and a beautiful park that extends to Fiumelatte with paths overlooking the lake, tall cypresses and many species of exotic plants.
