Ayalon Prison, formerly known as Ramla Prison, is a maximum-security prison located in Ramla, Israel. It is managed by the Israel Prison Service. The prison was opened in 1950, and was built in the style of the Tegart forts from the British Mandate era. Ayalon Prison is situated 240 metres northwest of Amal/HaYetsira.

The station is also on a section shared with the Be'er Sheva–Tel Aviv line, which branches out in a southerly direction about 3 km east of Ramla. Ramla is situated 570 metres southwest of Amal/HaYetsira.
